Who this policy covers
This policy covers lifetime-built.com and the calls you make to our office. Lifetime Construction Builders LLC runs both from 3519 Market Place Avenue, Suite 400, Bryant, AR 72022.
What the quote forms collect
Our quote forms ask for five things: your name, your phone number, your town, what you need done, and an optional note.
When you press send, the form goes to our own website server, which emails it to our office.
The form travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It also carries a hidden spam-trap field and a short timing check, and neither one records anything about you.
Phone calls
When you call (501) 307-1440, a person at our front desk answers, day or night. We write down your name, phone number, address, and what's wrong with your roof so we can set up your free inspection and written estimate.
Your phone carrier handles the call itself under its own privacy policy.
We don't share your mobile number, or any permission you give us to text you, with anyone for their marketing.
How we use your information
We use what you send us or tell us on the phone for the work you asked about:
- to call or email you back about your request;
- to set up your free roof inspection and write your estimate;
- to do the work you hire us for and keep you posted while it's underway;
- to help with your insurance claim, when you ask us to.
The Google Map on our pages
Some pages, including our homepage, show an embedded Google Map of our Bryant office. The map loads from Google's servers when you scroll near it.
Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as the Google Privacy Policy describes. We don't receive anything from Google about who viewed the map.
Fonts, cookies, and server logs
The fonts on this site, Archivo and Public Sans, are stored on our own server. Loading a page doesn't send a request to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Our pages also load a Google Ads tag, which lets us measure visits and calls that come from our ads on Google. Google receives your IP address and browser details through it and may set its own cookies, as the Google Privacy Policy describes.
Our pages' own code sets no cookies. The Google Map and the Google Ads tag may set theirs, as described above.
Like any website, the server that hosts this site records basic details of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page asked for, and the time. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to sites we don't run, such as our Facebook page and our reviews on Google. Those sites follow their own privacy policies, so check theirs when you visit.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, do the job, settle any dispute, and meet our legal obligations.
We take reasonable care with it, but no website, email, or storage system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee that yours is.
How to see, correct, or delete your information
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Call (501) 307-1440 and tell us what you'd like done.
We may need to keep some of it when the law requires us to. Copies held by Google fall under its own policies.
Children's privacy
This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a parent and think your child sent us information, call or email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. The version shown here is the one in effect.
